Accident Insurance

Pays the medical bills (coinsurance, deductibles, copays) for the family when a child is injured in your care.

This coverage gives peace of mind to parents, especially when they don’t have a competitive health insurance policy for their family.

The claims process is easy, and the coverage is inexpensive, making it a great option for small care providers

Better

If you’re required by the state to have insurance, this is what they will require. The Package includes General Liability, Professional Liability (E&O), and Abuse/Molestation Coverage. Start Quoting, or learn more about these coverages below!

General Liability

General Liability covers bodily injury and property damage when negligence is involved. For example, if a child trips and falls while in your care, it would help cover their medical bills.

Professional Liability

Professional Liability covers less tangible risks, usually relating to advice or performance. For example, if a parent (or the state) were to claim that you were not meeting your duty to educate children to a certain learning criteria, Professional Liability would provide coverage.

Abuse / Molestation

Typical charges that get covered by Abuse and Molestation coverage include improper hiring, improper training of employees, or failing to protect a child from harm. The insurance will typically pay whether or not the court finds grounds for conviction.

Best

Fully protect your daycare by adding additional coverages, like Umbrella Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Property Insurance

UMBRELLA

An extra layer of protection that raises the limits of your General Liability policy.

AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY

Choose between commercial auto, or Hired and Non-Owned Auto, which covers things like taxis and hired school buses.

Property Coverage

Because you’re operating a business, some accidents may not be covered by your homeowner’s insurance.

Workers’ Compensation

If you have employees, this is usually required by law. It protects them in case of injury on the job.
